Digital Proofing Process
Many of our items are custom-made just for you! To ensure everything is perfect, we email a digital PDF proof for your approval before printing.

1 Initial Proof + 1 Revision Round: Your order includes an initial digital proof based on your submitted wording, plus 1 round of revisions. Additional revision rounds are $50 each, payable prior to proof delivery. Orders move to production only after written proof approval is received.

Turnaround Time: Proofs and revised drafts are emailed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST, excluding major holidays).

Submitting Edits or Approval: Once received, respond directly via the included proofing form to approve your artwork or request changes. Orders will not print without your form approval signed (Make sure you check your email frequently during the proofing process to keep your order on track).

Best Viewing Experience: Please view your PDF proof on a desktop or laptop computer. Mobile screens and test prints will distort the actual size, colors, and layout.
Proof Approval Policy
When you approve your print proof, you confirm that you have carefully checked everything and that all text and designs are correct. Approval releases Chloe & Rose Paperie from liability for any errors found once production has started.

Check Carefully: You are responsible for reviewing all spelling, typos, formatting, and missing details.

No Refunds: We cannot issue refunds for items printed with approved customer errors.

Reprint Costs: If an error is noticed after approval, any reprints will be charged to the buyer.
Personalization
EDITS
During the proofing process you may customize wording that you submit, Photos that you submit, and ink color selections, depending on the design.
Product size, card shape, fonts, layouts, original holiday/Christmas headline, design elements (graphics) are not customizable.
FONTS
The fonts used in our designs are carefully selected by our designers for both aesthetics & functionality. We do not offer font changes for this reason.
