Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Territories.
Turnaround Timeframes Your order moves through three stages: Proofing, Processing, and Shipping.

1. Proofing (Design & Review): Your first digital proof will arrive by email within 1-3 business days, so keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder). Each additional round of revisions takes another 1-3 business days. Proofing is skipped for non-personalized items.
- 2. Processing (Printing & Packaging): Production times on standard orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow for 1-2 additional business days during the Christmas season. Processing begins immediately after you approve your proof.

3. Shipping (Transit): Delivery time is separate from proofing and processing.

Standard Ground (5-7 Business Days): $8 flat rate for orders under $149. Orders of $150 or more receive free ground shipping.

Express (3-4 Business Days): $15 flat rate.
